-Pay increases with each approved certifications -Move up salaries very quickly -Lots of hours available in the summer -Paid certification courses and paid training -PTO -401K

Cons

-Management run thin in every department and every branch- most managers and senior technicians wear multiple hats -High turn-over of field and lab staff; hard to retain good employees -Seasonal work for Field Technicians only; sometimes just enough work to disqualify you from Unemployment Benefits -Corporate communications seem distant and disconnected from bottom-tier employees; no comradery.
