Engineering firms can get a bad reputation for long hours and hard work. While that is part of the territory, ECS rewards all employees who are dedicated. There are multiple opportunities for upward mobility and ECS definitely likes to promote from within. They push you to further your career through education and training. If you are someone who likes being pushed to be your best self, this is the place for you!

Cons

There are certainly long days and weeks. Depending on your job, travel may be necessary. But everything is balanced the best that it can be.
