You work independently and have to teach yourself what your job is and how to excel at it. The position is a very good experience builder. Benefits package looked like it was pretty good.

Cons

You have to teach yourself what your job is and how to excel at it. The job posting made it seem like you would be making more than 40K, but you just barely make 40K. The job is not very stimulating, it would be good for a person who is an Environmental Science major straight out of college, not a person with 2 degrees.
