Pros

Great team building within each department/office. This is a great place to start out because everyone is willing to teach you something new. My office has been great with teaching the new hires how to do everything step by step, and they are very kind and welcoming.

Cons

The differences in what qualifies you to become a staff pm, scientist, or technician are inconsistent and confusing. The salary bumps are not as often as they should be. The senior pms can get good bonuses, but the people below that? EH..

The benefits were very good, great way to gain experience.

Cons

Pay is very low compared to their competitors, the use of your personal vehicle to run all over the tri-state area is ridiculous when you account for the low pay.
