I enjoy working with the people. I started as a part time employee and quickly was hired full time. After 12 years, I still have been given many opportunities to learn and advance. The benefits are fantastic and the premiums reasonable. 4% 401k match, 100% vested immediately, fantastic benefit. Company funded esop. Nothing bad to say about the benefits.

Cons

Traffic getting home depending on when you leave the office. It can be brutal. Growth has been fast, office space is limited.

10+ years working for ECS and to this day there is not one day I wake up with that dreading feeling of having to go to work. There is room to grow with this company, I started an entry level position, now I am in management. ECS is even helping further my education by paying for my tuition. The medical benefits surpass any benefits I have ever had with previous employers. we are really Tight Knit group, truly make you feel like you are family. They show appreciation to all the hard work and dedication every step of the way.

My co-workers are very friendly. Working in a laid back office environment helps ease the tension of a stressful day.

Cons

There are not many opportunities for career advancement within the administrative staff thus pay in this field is not the best.
