Poor communication between management and staff; important updates often not shared. Hourly employees excluded from key meetings, limiting involvement and transparency. Work hours not guaranteed; schedules can fluctuate without notice. Termination without clear explanation or documented cause. Ineffective and unapproachable management leading to low morale. Minimal focus on team culture or employee engagement.
