      Pros

      ECS is a rapidly growing, employee owned corporation that provides unlimited growth opportunities. The company offers competitive salaries, a 100% 401k match up to 4% of salary, employee stock ownership plan, excellent benefits at a very low cost, and bonuses.

      Cons

      Due to the nature of the consulting business in the construction industry, sometimes work gets a bit hectic.

      Great Company if the Weather is Nice

      Pros

      There are a lot of Pros for working at ECS. Great benefits, paid time off, comfortable corporate atmosphere, good people.... the list goes on.

      Cons

      As a Field Technician, I have only been with the company for less than a year. My biggest complaint thus far would be that during my geographical region's rainy season, winter, work has slowed to a crawl. Because I am paid hourly, my hours have slowed to a trickle due to the weather.
