      Clean understanding of what is expected of you.

      Cons

      The pay, seriously this is the only downside to working for this company. The opportunities are there to earn more but you better be prepared to put in the work.

      Pros

      Great introduction to the engineering consultant services industry. Employees learn a lot about guidelines and plans for all stages of the construction site projects from earthwork to final inspections.

      Cons

      Training is limited based on office needs. Compensation isn't the best compared to the industry. standard. You will have to learn things on your own as work needs pick up in the summers. Winter schedule slows to a crawl where you can barely live comfortably.
