      Only good to work there as starter in construction

      Pros

      You will see several job sites and it is a good opportunity for entry leveler since you will interact with contractors and superintendent personnel.

      Cons

      The downside is the company looks like very stingy in spending as far as technician tools and construction materials. Very little or low potential for increasing technician's rate per hour.

      Pros

      Great company with a leadership team that is really involved. Primarily a government contractor, but the atmosphere is more entrepreneurial.

      Cons

      Although the leadership team is supportive and involved, they are a small group and often very busy. Sometimes getting the answers and information needed to move forward on a project requires a lot of asking.
