got reimbursed for gas mileage drive time counted towards working hours

Cons

had to use personal vehicle inconsistent hours and job sites poor structure to scheduling (would not find out next day's site until the evening before) management has unclear expectations and is never satisfied

Friendly work environment, skilled employees, opportunity for advancement in most positions.

Cons

Very poorly managed since the founding upper management retired, generally very cheap when it comes to purchasing the tools and equipment to do your job properly, a heavy degree of micromanaging and distrust from management (even when it's not warranted with good workers), poor work life balance (even though they preach otherwise).
