Great place to get your foot in the door in this industry, hiring requirements are not as strict as many other consulting firms. Lots of opportunities for different specializations. Lots of long-term employees that seem really happy.

Cons

Relatively low pay given the high cost of living area. You will likely be assigned a specific type of work to start out and it will take awhile to branch into another specialization.

The work was always coming in, I didn't often have to fight for work or go out and find and win it. I was able to manage my own schedule as long as I delivered my work on time. A very good level and balance between management and subordinate.

Cons

I worked there at a time where they were not able to devote time toward my professional development. I often felt hung out to dry, we we're spread across multiple locations and I was an island, sort of out of sight; out of mind, but also too busy to really take a beat and help out - it happens sometimes. The wage was not very competitive for the location at the time.
