Great people in my particular office though I've heard other offices aren't as nice. The workload varies by office, but it isn't too bad.

Cons

Terrible pay. Not competitive in the areas market. Will pay for training but doesn't give you raises as you get more certifications.

Pros

Large company with great benefits. There is lots of room to grow, move, and for promotions. You have a seemingly unlimited number of resources to reach out too.

Cons

Working 50+ hours a week on a salary is a struggle and you always seem to have more work and are expected to complete the work when there is just not enough time.

Pros

ECS works on the biggest and notable projects. Unlimited amount of training for advancement. Senior management is flexible on taking time off.

Cons

You will work 50-65 hours a week. Very fast pace and the work does not stop coming in. It feels like you can't get any relief. Departments are understaffed. Employees are paid very poorly.
