Pros
Paid certifications PTO and Vacation Not exactly a full-time 9-5 job-you'll get your 40, but the hours vary and the schedule can be flexible so you don't have to use PTO to go to an appointment or something I can expense almost all my equipment, but at the cost of corporate purchasing these items in bulk for the company
Cons
Limited advancement opportunities Varying volumes of work dependent on construction industry as a whole Unpredictable schedule Company vehicles in poor condition Each office and each role is expected to purchase needed supplies and equipment up front and expense it on next time card Not paid for the role I fill, just the title I was hired into
