Exposure to a lot of unique projects. Lots of training opportunity. Access to many knowledgeable engineers.

Cons

Too much responsibility at all levels. Everyone is asked to perform at their maximum capacities at all times. Work life balance is not easily achieved here. Technical development is required to be done outside of work hours.

Cons

had to use personal vehicle inconsistent hours and job sites poor structure to scheduling (would not find out next day's site until the evening before) management has unclear expectations and is never satisfied
