Cons

You'll be working Wall Street hours for Field Technician pay; and you'll be treated terribly the entire time. I played college sports and know the difference between development and debasement..... This place is a joke, you'd be better off as a bartender with an engineering degree; hold out for a better job offer

Pros

Getting hired here is a breeze, especially if you are new to the workforce. ECS provides ample opportunities to work on multiple projects, allowing for great learning experiences.

Cons

Poor communication. The lowest rate of payment. No one will value your hard work. No one cares about you. Poor culture. Besides a couple of fo people, everyone was planning to leave and were just waiting for an opportunity. not sure if they truly have equal opportunity.
