Pros

Fantastic benefits, great people, you get lots of overtime hours in the summer months. This is a great place to work but the hourly pay is low, there are good people who care, great employee activities.

Cons

Low pay, hard to reach engineers or project managers for answers despite having cell phone numbers, equipment is not kept in good shape. Pay raises linked to training my first year I wasn't offered any new training despite asking.

A lot of freedom. Good experience to get at first.

Cons

Double-talk. Disorganized. Low-pay and long hours. Some people are let to do what they want and others are expected to do more. Everyone talks about everyone else. Family working together. Not a professional office.
