A great place to work! I received great feedback from my superiors, and enjoyed working both indoors/outdoors. Somewhat flexible work from home possibilities here.

Cons

Not the best pay, but this was not a priority for me. I wanted to gain as much experience as I could in the field, and ECS exposed me to a lot of different type of fieldwork.

Pros

Getting hired here is a breeze, especially if you are new to the workforce. ECS provides ample opportunities to work on multiple projects, allowing for great learning experiences.

Cons

Poor communication. The lowest rate of payment. No one will value your hard work. No one cares about you. Poor culture. Besides a couple of fo people, everyone was planning to leave and were just waiting for an opportunity. not sure if they truly have equal opportunity.

There is always something to do...can make good connections and learn different stuff....but if you are not the favorite child you may not be given the chance to learn more...

Cons

Worked as of 3 people...got terminated before I could uncover the pattern of abuse of employees by the principal in charge (like Team B at Chantilly office)...when I left they had to hire 3 more people to cover my workload... So look at this as a platform to launch your career...do not stay here more than 2 years or your wasting your time...make your connections and leave
