Good starting salary, few good professionals, offers career opportunities.

Cons

The manager and colleagues swore a lot. They seemed to have a two strike policy when it comes time to doing the job. Little job training was provided and they expect you to catch on quick. Inconsistencies in job expectations.

A lot of physical work You use your own car - too much wear and tear on your own personal car work hours very dependent on weather (Rainy weather.. no work)

A very laid-back environment with a lot of opportunities to try different positions and roles in the field.

Cons

Some of the corporate applications that require daily use are archaic and time-consuming. Additionally, most of the learning is done on the fly in the field. Don't expect any hand-holding!
