      Pros

      Hands-off management as long as the work gets done. Good coworkers, good opportunities to learn, good hiring pay.

      Cons

      No pay raises meant people were bound to leave eventually.

      Everyone in the entire IT division is competent, knowledgeable and helpful. Small company feel. No micromanagement. Not too many meetings. Continuing to improve policies.

      Cons

      Old company feel. Not a lot of upward mobility. 45-50 hour work week, occasional weekend work. Semi-formal workspace; no T-Shirts.
