      Pros

      Lovely environment cosmetically. Near the London bridge station. 1 daily Free drink for all employee and contractors.

      Cons

      Very bad management overall. No real leadership. Everyone is a manager and making uncessary noise. Hate IT!

      Thank you for your comments. We believe management practices are critical to employee experience and our latest people survey (which had a 90% response rate) shows only localised issues, which are the focus of improvement efforts.

      Pros

      without wishing to seem too gushing, this is the best company I have worked for, have been here 8 years now and I continue to find the company and colleagues excellent for interesting work, great culture and excellent people.

      Cons

      Could be more high profile in the industry.

We are constantly evolving and have ambitious growth plans, which will offer colleagues – throughout all regions, within all business units and at all levels – exciting career prospects going forward. To date we have tended to hide our light under a bushel, but will in future be doing more to raise our profile within the industry.
