I worked there for 16 years and not only were my co-workers like family, the fringe benefits and actual benefits were fantastic.

Cons

As our workloads grew, our salaries didn't match up. And it became too corporate.

Team ethic. Easy to communicate with the management. Real sense of purpose amongst everybody. Lot of long term staff

Cons

None.Very positive experience working fir the company. Even when I left I had no problems at all.They fully understood my reasons and said the door would always be open to a return

Business is interesting. Bonus is good but pay raises poor. Easy going environment.

Cons

HR using GDPs as low cost labour. Disconnect of top management with values. Progression stagnant.
