Pros

- young and energetic company - large offices, as there are no wall between offices, you'll be hearing what the colleagues are talking about - good 1st employer. investment in training in the first months - easy going top management - after a year or two of experience gives good bases to apply elsewhere in the automotive/air space industry

Cons

- no clear structure or plan how to organize work - salary below average - despiteful and exploiting 1st line managers and middle managers - mobbing culture - unclear mission/vision/direction (we move people?)

+ Big player in the automotive industry as customer. + Very friendly and helpful HR department, + Friendly management + Nice coworkers + Good opportunities for graduates and for knowing career chances from the "big player"

Cons

- Boring project (at least in my case) - Middle-to-Low income - Atmosphere (this depends on the department)
