Pros
Hybrid work online and onsite.
Cons
Overall EDAG is not a great company to work with long-term. Management has several priority issues and you will be expected to have Microsoft Teams meetings everyday. It's quite absurd to be expected to join a Microsoft Teams meeting at the last minute every time. Some meetings last for 1-3 hours, while others can last up to 6 hours. You will be expected to figure things out and navigate on your own even as a new hire. There is no orientation, and your manager will say they are available to accept your calls and texts, but you will find out soon enough that is not true. If you even respectfully and professionally question how EDAG operates, you will be fired without notice. Very unprofessional, counter productive, and just ridiculous. EDAG does not care about their employees at all, which is why I decided to leave his company to pursue better opportunities that are more aligned with courtesy, respect, professionalism, and possess great core values that are positive experiences for customers, employees, and suppliers.
