      Opportunities to work on a diverse array of projects. Opportunity to network with other suppliers and customers. Opportunity to become hands on and be involved in many aspects of different projects.

      Cons

      Horrible management at all levels. Company is very short sighted. Only Germans allowed in upper management. No growth or advancement potential.
