-> Interesting task and projects for student and fresh graduate to dive in -> high salary for intern, enough to live in Ingolstadt -> Flexible working hours with reasonable core hours -> high chance of opportunity continuity from intern-thesis to employment -> discount for student in the canteen

-> some of task gets repetitive easily, depending on the projects
