The work is fulfilling and impactful, my team/management has always been very helpful and does an amazing job, and the culture is very diverse and inclusive. I also love how forward-thinking/innovative the company is, and how they're a remote first company.

Cons

Honestly can't think of a single con.

A great place to be if you are interested in high growth environments with lots of upside potential, assuming you are comfortable navigating a fair amount of ambiguity and uncertainty

Cons

You will not see many of the fancy FAANG benefits (it is a PE company so the focus is on cash bonuses)
