Incredible Tech that’s relevant to every level, from solving boardroom issues to making life easier as a technician. RDB has a wonderful culture of inclusion, work life balance, compensation and benefits are great and let’s not forget our ‘wellness Friday’ program..every second Friday or every month..truly awesome. Finally, a leadership team you can trust, communicate with and believe in.

Cons

We work hard, so it’s not for everyone.

A great place to be if you are interested in high growth environments with lots of upside potential, assuming you are comfortable navigating a fair amount of ambiguity and uncertainty

Cons

You will not see many of the fancy FAANG benefits (it is a PE company so the focus is on cash bonuses)
