A clear vision and strategy from both SDR Leadership and local leadership in EMEA, the expectations and standards are high, which is exactly the reason I joined to help steer the team in the right direction, with the wider stakeholders, committed in wanted to make that happen to and supportive of what we are building Fortunate enough to have a great SDR team to manage and ensuring we are aligned to the sales and marketing functions more effectively.
