Pros

Highly Professional, well-educated staff, dedication to clinical knowledge and empathic caring of patients and one another as staff, expectations to work without a lot of micro managing, humor.

Cons

Often too many meetings, sometimes too much "paper work," ungrateful patients that are very ill (although part of the clinical picture).

Pros

Work with an incredibly gifted clinical team. Help save lives. Reasonable amount of autonomy. The management team trusts employees to do the job they were hired for. Decent benefits.

Cons

Minimal training and limited job support, depending on the position. Management has room for improvement regarding basic managerial support and communication. It's a small company, so there is limited professional mobility within the company.
