Pros

CAD team is amazing and the manager of the team helps you alot! If this is your first job - it's a great company to join, the coworkers are almost like family(very friendly)~

Cons

Pay rate might be less but that is negated by the healthy working hours and hybrid roles which very few companies in Columbus have

Pros

-Work-life balance is OK. The times that work demanded crazy hours were far outnumbered by a standard 40-44 hour work week. -Co-workers were friendly for the most part. -Intracompany politics were not bad.

Cons

-C-suite positions lacked clear company objectives and were adverse to taking on bigger projects -No clear structure for advancement in the company -No plan or system to acquire new clients/work -Compensation was not very competitive
