      Cared about their people, dedicated to safety.

      Cons

      vacation/PTO policy is horrible. No vacation time, regardless of tenure, the 1st year of employment.

      The policy: Vacation and sick time accrue on a weekly pro‐rata basis beginning on the first week of employment.
