      It was going good, til it went really bad

      Pros

      Ability to work at your own pace if desired. The company culture was cohesive. The team I worked with was amazing and everyone helpful and knowledgeable in their areas of expertise.

      Cons

      Hiring process takes a long time to go through proper channels. Company not diversified. Salaries.

      Pros

      Flexible schedule. Great benefits. Good pay. Opportunity to advance. Everybody is on first name basis. Opportunity to contribute. Management has a vision and works had to advance the vision. Character is important to management.

      Cons

      It takes a while to really fit in. It is difficult to get much knowledge about projects unless you are assigned to them. Training and cross training could be improved.

      I know how to get my work done.

      Cons

      My group leader doesn’t do any teaching or any drawings of any kind. He shows up when wants and leaves when he wants. Everyone knows but no one does anything about it.
