      Pros

      Perfect work-life balance. 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home. There are projects that allow you to travel and projects that allow you to stay in the office and you can choose. The culture is great everyone truly care about you. I can come to someone's office 5 times a day and they wouldn't mind at all. Never in 5 years I feel like I don't enjoy working here. Even if the client is tough, the team fully supports you which make it a lot easier.

      Cons

      We are in oil and gas industry so whenever there is a downturn expect to be laid off. However, a lot of former employees come back working after.

      Pros

      Great office environment and company culture. You don't feel like another line item on someone's excel sheet. There is a real sense of value that you bring to the company. Because of the diversity of projects, you can really grow your skills and career! The office location is great and is management has no issues with a hybrid work schedule.

      Cons

      After a year of working here, no real complaints as of now.
