Low salary and low variable for a sales position

No specific career plan, without clear goal achievement in mid/long term. It produces lack of motivation and absence of implication. Senior positions wages (low) do not correspond to the responsibility of the position. Absence of conciliation work and family life, due to null empathy from directive staff. Low salaries. Work schedule fixed, no flexibility during working hours. Managers worry about presence at the desk, not about working results.
