No Such Pros to Share.

Cons

The Company has offered training to me and then recovered close to 2 Lakhs when in left the company stating that they have spent that money for training me.

Like any other Indian company run buy a group of self-centerd people

Pros

Good for beginners work wise, management are not always self-centerd.

Cons

Should not stay for more than 2 years, you'll get to know about the people running the show and how. Also senior management people are having conflicting views about each other but pretend to be nice, this conflicting views will affect immediate people and the chain of event continues

Pros

The top management is impressive !! Good place for learning (But useful for 2/3 years maximum) Good opportunities outside after you leave EDS Technologies

Cons

Regional Technical Managers are dictators and there is no coordination between Technical Team and Sales Team. They only try to satisfy their own egos !! Technical/Sales call management/travel policies are very bad !! Appraisal cycle is pathetic and will not give you arrears for upto 6 moths after the appraisal review and if you resign then forget arrears and quarterly incentives !!
