Pros

Pension is nice. Not much else.

Cons

Low wages. EECU Is way too proud of itself. They pay bottom of the barrel. Incentives are very difficult to make for most branch employees. You can never move up because the people with the cushy jobs never leave. High turnover for most employees. They will shield toxic coworkers from consequences. It’s really just a sales job and nothing more.

Great people to work with, HR was fantastic and very helpful. They did an employee appreciation day at least once a month.

Cons

Pay could be higher but no real complaints.
