Pros

Fun environment, fast paced, mostly nice co-workers, holidays off, the manager was helpful in making sure problems were resolved fairly.

Cons

Low pay (however I only worked part time), there were people there who had been there for years and never moved up, mundane job, you need to have a passion for the job, certain people were unethical and dishonest to make money, a lot of profiling.

Pros

Holidays off with pay.. Flexible hours if you have a good manager or expect to work every Saturday. Training and orientation really gets you excited for the possibilities however that went away quickly.

Cons

No room for growth even though it is said that after 6 months you can apply for a different position. Seems like you have to know someone or be on their good side or else they're gonna hire an external before they hire you. Degree and education aren't even considered when it comes to the pay. Other credit unions have better incentive plans and starting pay. For a growing company they don't seem to want to really retain their talents but just replace.
