Pros

Fun work environment, The people, Great travel opportunities, good benefits, bar in the building, great parties.

Cons

Not enough focus on career growth, management isn't tuned in enough to the mass of employees, compensation is extremely poor considering the city of the main office is one of the most expensive places to live in the US, Needs more of a focus on what employees are saying, high turnover rate.

Pros

Really fun culture, young people who are all really outgoing, if they like you, you will travel a bunch and get promoted quickly, travel opportunities are great

Cons

Office cliques, if you aren't liked from the beginning, you are doomed to not succeed there, pay is low, they try and make up for it by paying you in alcohol
