Pros

Open for innovation and for new concept development. Ample opportunity to learn new things like Interest CRM system, MyEF, Elektra. My previous two managers were too good, they used understand the problem very well. Nothing more to say.

Cons

Trouble in getting data and even if we get it then we don't know how much it is accurate. So that was kind of situation we faced. Initially it was like submitting the Analysis report to top manage , everything was ASAP but given a situation with mandatory data validation we were unable to deliver on time. This used to be more serious issue with management.
