Pros

Working in a truly international company like EF was a fantastic Experience. It’s been three years in EF but I still feel like I joined yesterday, so it was that fun to work in EF. EF values are too good especially the Flat Hierarchy which made me work closely with different people around the globe and the level of freedom I got in EF was excellent.

Cons

I have no major cons, tiny issues will be there in any company.
