Pros

The company provides you many opportunities to develop through free online courses, a lot of training and a free TKT test. It is very reliable and I have never worried about my salary or visa.

Salary is not too high.

Good pay and training were provided before start to teach. Friendly colleagues and good working environment. Good Possibility to get promoted.

Cons

Corruption. The managers asked staff to buy them gifts in public which is unbelievable! Can not accept that.
