- Ability to have an impact and ownership from day 1 - Ability to set your own career path - Industry that is always moving and never stale - Be able to see your work come to life - Great respect for work/life balance and understanding of how you are most effective as an employee.

Met a lot of great people and learned a lot. If you work hard, you will be rewarded with fantastic travel opportunities.

There were times when I was overwhelmed. Overall positive experience.
