Pros

The company provides a wide range of employee benefits and places strong emphasis on fostering internal relationships. The work environment is supportive and collaborative, making it a great place to work for those who can balance professional responsibilities with personal life.

Cons

Compensation progression for long tenured employees could be stronger, however this has been acknowledged and continues to improve over time. but not quick enough.
