Pros

- great friends, positive peer-to-peer environment - good company to join as an entry level to build your resume

Cons

- lower level employees do not matter to senior leadership - plans are often rolled out macro without thinking about how they will impact the micro - if you end up in the customer success pipeline, there are little to no avenues out - stay out of this role if you can - compensation - mass layoffs in multiple divisions of the company in 2025
