Travel various places, Many activities, sports etc. Meet people from all over the world managers are nice

Cons

minimum pay, sometimes is a little disorganised nepotism you can only progress if youre one of the favourites and it can be cliquey

EF does have HR, but it might not always be called HR in every region. In some countries, the HR function is split between the Recruitment & Employee Development (RED) teams, Payroll, and Legal.
