Pros

Great to have culture swag and free trips, very nice office and sparkling water, canteen/cafe, etc. Huge office and lots of stuff going on. They even have showers

Cons

Depending on department or seniority can sometimes be hard to move up (more so for the smaller satellite offices). Depends on your department. But the perks are pretty deecnt.
