Very noncaring and tense environment. After getting a new job I realized how bad the micromanaging was too.

Pros

Overall good people to work with, consistently busy for work, attempting to move the tech stack forward, good pay for someone starting out.

Cons

Management has their pet employees and projects, even though agile emergencies still interrupt the sprints, PM can do no wrong it typically ends up being developers fault for bad requirements, good place to start a career but not a place to stay
