Pros
There are some really good people doing good work under less than desirable conditions.
Cons
The management is short-sighted and very tight with bonuses, salary, stock, and fringe benefits. But they keep people on board who are not at all productive as long as they schmooze and stroke the egos of upper management on a regular basis. Fiery division in particular has very dysfunctional "leadership" and a strong old-boys network. Disingenuous BS oozes out of every pore. There are much better companies to work for. If you do go there, watch your back and keep your eyes open for other opportunities at other companies. This is not a place to waste your time.
