Unique culture, open with employees and overall good collection of people with a desirable location. Trying to stay relevant with acquisitions and new technology.

Cons

Still has many "small company" components and mentalities. Especially around HR and talent development. Opportunities for advancement are not clear, and career path development is nonexistent.
