      Pros

      People are dedicate and care about the customer. Compensation is good and the health insurance is very reasonable. Management give good feed back on perfomrance and is will rollup their sleeves and helpout when asked.

      Cons

      To often the products direction is driven by big deals instead of long term market requirements. To much duplication of effort across groups.

      To many long term employees Low attrition so difficult to establish among settled group Top Mgmt is not that great
